Westin is a full-time personal trainer, bodybuilding coach and a national level competitive bodybuilder. He has competed in over a dozen bodybuilding competitions with some first place wins under his belt. Westin received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is certified through the American Council on Exercise in both fitness training and sports nutrition. He considers himself a lucky man to be able to combine his passion of physical fitness with his life’s work.
